COR. Property provides independent buyer and vendor representation for individuals and families navigating high-stakes property decisions in Melbourne.
We do not sell property. We do not represent developers. And we are not incentivised by transactions.
Our role is to stand on the client’s side when price, pressure, and conflicting interests collide.

Before establishing COR. Property, Michael spent five years working as a sales agent and auctioneer. This experience gave him a detailed, practical understanding of how property is priced, marketed, and negotiated — and how incentives and pressure can shape outcomes.
Today, he works with individuals and families at the point where pricing, negotiation, and agent-led pressure carry real financial consequences. Michael is not a selling agent and does not represent developers. His role is to bring clarity, discipline, and independent judgment to property decisions that are often rushed or conflicted.
Amanda lykowski
Interior design
Originally from Switzerland, Amanda moved to Australia in 2013, bringing with her a refined, European-informed approach to interior design and styling.
She specialises in creating considered, welcoming spaces that balance aesthetics with practicality — whether preparing a home for sale or helping clients shape spaces they genuinely enjoy living in.
Drawing inspiration from art, travel, nature, and everyday family life, Amanda’s work focuses on warmth, restraint, and thoughtful detail rather than trends. Her aim is simple: to help homes feel calm, cohesive, and lived-in — not over-styled.
