Michael Lykowski
Michael is the founder of COR. Property, providing independent buyer and vendor representation in Melbourne’s residential property market.
He works with individuals and families at the point where pricing, negotiation, and agent-led pressure carry real financial consequences.
Michael is not a selling agent and does not represent developers. His role is to bring clarity, discipline, and independent judgment to property decisions that are often rushed or conflicted.
